Payment in advance is required for all orders. If PayPal is not accessible Direct Bank Deposit is the preferred method as the transaction is usually processed the next business day within Australia but can take up to one business week for overseas transactions. However, in some countries this transaction can be very expensive, so an International Bank Draft (sent via air mail) may be an alternative.

International customers: If paying with an International Bank Draft please ensure that the total amount is in Australian Dollars and payable to Joseph Ortuso. If you prefer to use Direct International Bank Transfer let me know and I will send you the appropriate banking details.

The inserts are guaranteed only in the unlikely event of damage sustained during transit. In this case the inserts with the original packaging must be returned and a replacement set will be dispatched by the manufacture.
